In plain words

If AI names your company, you just got picked.

AI tools like ChatGPT do not hand people a list of links. They give an answer, and that answer usually names a few specific companies. If yours is named, you were chosen. If it is not, you are invisible in a conversation about you, and you would never know it happened.

Monroya asks ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity the questions your buyers ask, over and over, because these tools do not answer the same way twice. It shows you what is really being said, who gets picked instead of you, and the specific thing to fix next. After you fix it, it asks again and shows the real before and after.

ChatGPT names Crestline, Vantage PM, and Fieldstone for “best B2B project management software” — Archway HQ isn't in the answer.

When buyers ask GPT-5 and Claude to compare project management tools for B2B teams, the same three vendors come up. A direct comparison page targeting that exact phrase is the lowest-effort way to be in the next response.

We wanted to understand why competitors were being recommended by AI instead of us. The visibility gaps connected directly to pipeline — closing them drove a measurable increase in qualified opportunities. It went from an experiment to a revenue channel.

Monroya showed us what traditional analytics never could: competitors were winning AI recommendations for our buyers' highest-intent questions. Once we saw where their influence came from, we had a clear plan to close the gaps.

Drafts you can trust

AI-generated, but not AI-sloppy.

The drafts Monroya ships are checked, sourced, and tuned — so what you publish moves your score instead of polluting it.

Hallucination check
Every draft is fact-screened.

Invented stats, made-up version numbers, fake customer counts — flagged before you ship. The first AI writing tool that's honest about what AI gets wrong.

Fresh sources at draft time
Stats pulled the moment you draft.

Stats-heavy assets retrieve fresh, dated sources at draft time — not from a stale training set. You get cite-able numbers a buyer can verify.

Prompt improvement engine
Underperforming prompts auto-rewritten.

When a tracked prompt stops surfacing you, Monroya generates and tests richer variants — then promotes the version that earns the citation.

Why Monroya

Why not just use a monitoring tool?

What monitoring tools give you
  • A dashboard showing where you rank
  • Generic recommendations to “create content”
  • A report to show your team
  • Data without a clear next action
What Monroya gives you
  • A prioritized queue ranked by citation impact
  • A draft written and ready to publish
  • The specific page on your site to edit
  • A follow-up scan that confirms it worked

Most tools tell you what happened. Monroya tells you what to do.

Who it's for

Built for B2B marketing teams at growth-stage companies.

Series A SaaS

Competitors are appearing in ChatGPT responses for your category. Monroya maps the gap and generates the content to close it.

Category challengers

The incumbent owns the AI answer for your category. Monroya shows you which prompts to win first and the exact content moves to displace them.

Demand gen teams

AI search is the new top of funnel. Monroya is the system that tracks it, prioritizes it, and acts on it — without adding headcount.

Source coverage

AI answers cite sources you don't control.

G2, LinkedIn, review roundups, vendor comparisons and community threads all feed the answers your buyers see. Monroya maps which sources shaped each answer — including the live Reddit threads where your rivals get recommended and you don't, with upvotes, comments, thread age and the subreddit's posting rules. Reply, check it off, and we'll tell you when an AI answer cites it.

Questions buyers ask

Frequently asked questions

What is Monroya?

Monroya is an AI visibility platform. It runs your buyer questions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity on a schedule, records whether your company is named, cited or missing, and turns each gap into a specific fix with a draft you can ship.

Which AI assistants does Monroya track?

Four: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity. Every tracked prompt runs against all four, with multi-run aggregation so a single lucky or unlucky answer never moves your score.

How much does Monroya cost?

Three plans: Starter at $79 per month, Growth at $199 per month, and Intelligence at $299 per month. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial and no credit card is required to begin.

How is this different from SEO rank tracking?

Rank tracking measures position in a list of blue links. Monroya measures whether an AI assistant names you inside a written answer, which source it cited to do it, and at which stage of the buyer journey. Those are different mechanics with different fixes.

How long until I see my first results?

Your first scan runs during onboarding and returns a real finding before you create an account. A full scan across your whole prompt set completes within minutes of signup.

Where does Monroya's data come from?

Live answers from the four assistants, the sources those answers cite, and a page-level readability scan of your site covering schema, FAQ structure, answer-first layout, freshness, crawlability and author signals. Nothing is modeled or estimated from third-party rank data.

What kinds of sources get cited in AI answers?

Documentation and product pages, independent review and comparison sites, news and trade publications, community discussion including Reddit and forums, and research or benchmark content. Monroya reports the mix so you can see which source type is carrying your competitors.

Can agencies use Monroya for client reporting?

Yes. Agencies run separate tracked brands with their own prompt sets and competitors, and export briefings that show movement, cause and the actions taken between scans.

What happens if we stop tracking AI visibility?

You keep whatever history you already collected, but the gap itself is unrecoverable. AI assistants retrieve and re-rank sources continuously rather than on a periodic recrawl schedule, so the answer a buyer sees for your category can change within days, and no one publishes an archive of what an assistant said last month. In our own citation data, the source mix behind ChatGPT answers shifted materially inside a single week. Stop for 90 days and you can restart scanning, but you cannot reconstruct which competitor took the citation, from which source type, or on which date it moved, so the attribution behind that quarter is gone for good.
