Contract and procurement questions

What buyers and procurement teams ask before signing.

Who owns the content Monroya drafts?
You do. Drafts, briefs, and published assets produced in your account are yours to edit, publish, and reuse. AI outputs are suggestions, so review them before you publish.
What are the plans and billing terms?
Monroya is sold on monthly and annual plans starting with a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled, and renewal is charged to the payment method on file.
How do we cancel, and what happens to access?
Cancel any time from Settings then Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals and you keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Are charges refundable?
No. All charges are non-refundable, including monthly plans, annual plans, partial billing periods, and unused time after cancellation. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
What service guarantees does Monroya make?
Monroya reports what AI assistants say about your category and suggests actions. We make no guarantee about AI output accuracy or about any specific ranking, citation, or visibility outcome. Treat drafts as suggestions to review, not finished claims.
What counts as acceptable use, and when do you suspend an account?
Do not use Monroya to harass anyone, scrape data we do not authorize, or evade rate limits. We may suspend accounts that do, and we will tell you why.

For data handling and subprocessors, see our Privacy Policy and security overview.
